Returns are accepted only if:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos as proof.

Not eligible for return/refund:

• Used product

• Customer changed mind

• Wrong product ordered by customer

Refund will be processed to original payment method once the returned product is received and verified.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
